1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Items such as personal care products, undergarments, perishables, and customized products are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.


2. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • We will initiate a refund to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • You will be notified via email/SMS once your refund has been processed.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@buylaza.sbs within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your Order ID, a clear photo of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges (if accepted at our discretion).

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. First, check your bank account or payment provider.
  2. Then contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@buylaza.sbs.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may initiate a return after delivery.

7. Exchange Policy

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
