1. Returns Eligibility

- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items such as personal care products, undergarments, perishables, and customized products are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- We will initiate a refund to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- You will be notified via email/SMS once your refund has been processed.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@buylaza.sbs within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, a clear photo of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.
4. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges (if accepted at our discretion).
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First, check your bank account or payment provider.
- Then contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@buylaza.sbs.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may initiate a return after delivery.
7. Exchange Policy
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
